Nikki Clark was inspired to learn to make organic baby food after receiving the news that she would be a grandmother for the first, and possibly last time. Only wanting Nolan to have the best she could offer him, she decided to educate herself on the process of producing a nutritional and well-balanced meal. Her motto is, "All children deserve the best."
